I have received the error message “hardware device not found” The reason for “hardware device not found” while the FreeClass program is being in the activated may be one of the following:.
1. Connection cable is not connected properly Inspect the connection cable to make sure it is connected properly. Since the signal the receiver is connected to the PC via a USB cable when the PC is power on, its power into indication light should be on as well. If not, check ifer the connection port between the in equipment is proper and the connection cable is plugged in completely. 2.
