During installation of the driver software I get an error message “error with .exe file”. What do I do?
The following trouble shooting steps are recommended. Make sure the CM2 installation disc is inserted into your computers disc drive. My Computer>Right click the ONfinity CM2 logo in devices>Explore>Right click the ‘Setup Launcher' and choose properties>Choose ‘Compatibility'>Choose ‘Compatibility mode' (tick box) and Windows 98/ME>Click Apply>OK>Double click ONfinity CM2 logo in My Computer under devices. Install software as per booklet.
